1. Introduction

VengoTrip is committed to protecting your privacy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect name, email, phone, travel documents (for visa applications), booking information, and usage data via Google Analytics.

We also record your IP address and an approximate city-level location derived from it (using a third-party IP lookup service) when you submit a booking request, application or support ticket. Only if you choose to allow it in your browser, we may also collect your device location when you submit a visa/passport application or support ticket. This is optional — you can click Block and still submit. We use this information to verify requests and prevent fraud.

To use certain features (such as Forex, support tickets and referral rewards), you are asked to verify your email address by clicking a verification link that we send to it on your request. This confirms that the email belongs to you.

3. How We Use Your Information

To process bookings, provide customer support, send promotional offers (opt-out available), and improve our services.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your data. We share with airlines/hotels for bookings, embassies for visa applications, and payment processors as needed.

5. Data Security

We use SSL encryption and appropriate technical measures to protect your data.

6. Your Rights

You can access, correct, or delete your data. Contact us on WhatsApp at +91-7351144598 or email info@vengotrip.com.
